Every legal translation goes through a translate-then-independent-review process. Add a Certificate of Accuracy and, if the receiving court requires it, court/sworn formatting — both available as add-ons at checkout.
Do you provide sworn or court-ready translation?
Court/sworn formatting is available as a $39.00 add-on. Requirements vary by court and jurisdiction — tell us the receiving court in your order notes and we'll format accordingly.
How is pricing calculated?
$0.19 per word, 250-word minimum. Standard is 3 business days; Priority (48 hours) and Rush (24 hours) are priced as a multiplier on the page.
Can you handle confidential litigation material?
Yes. Every linguist works under a confidentiality agreement, and an NDA is available on request before you send anything.
What if my document has exhibits, stamps, or non-standard formatting?
Tell us in your order notes — we preserve document structure as part of the base service; complex layout matching is available as an add-on on our business translation page if needed.
