Minimums & rounding rules

  • Certified pages are counted at 250 words per page.
  • Per-word services bill at their stated minimum (250 or 500 words), then round up to the nearest 50 words above that.
  • Interpreting bills in whole hours at the stated minimum (2 hours on-site, 1 hour remote).
  • Subtitling, captioning, and transcription bill in whole minutes, with a 10-minute minimum.

It's the real price. The only variables are the tier, add-ons, language pair, and quantity you choose — all shown live as you configure your order.

Do you charge sales tax?

Louisiana treats professional translation services as non-taxable, so the tax line on your order shows $0.00. Physical add-ons (hard-copy mail) are flagged separately in case that changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, processed through a secure checkout.

Can I cancel after I order?

Yes — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: free before a linguist is assigned, pro-rata after work begins, and non-refundable after delivery (covered instead by our revision and acceptance guarantees).

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, per service: 1 page (Certified), 250 words (Legal/Medical/Business), 500 words (Technical), 2 hours on-site / 1 hour remote (Interpreting), or 10 minutes (Subtitling/Captioning/Transcription).
